Where an independent third party supplies a product or service:

• The provider may have its own prices, eligibility requirements, warranties, delivery conditions and contractual terms.
• The provider remains responsible for its own obligations, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.
• AquaSetu does not automatically guarantee the provider's performance, availability, suitability or conduct.
• Users should review the provider's terms and verify material information before proceeding.

Where AquaSetu directly supplies a product or service, the applicable transaction terms and legal responsibilities will govern that offering.

A referral or introduction does not automatically create a partnership, agency relationship or guarantee of service.

Where AquaSetu directly enters into a commercial transaction, the applicable agreement and law will govern its obligations.

9. User-Submitted Information

If you submit an enquiry, feedback, farm information, photograph or other material, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and that doing so does not knowingly violate another person's rights.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit.

You permit AquaSetu to use the submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

This permission does not automatically authorise publication of identifiable farmer photographs, testimonials or stories for marketing where additional permission is required.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original website text, branding, logos, graphics, educational materials, layout and other content are owned by AquaSetu or used with appropriate permission or licence.
